Dried figs are at the heart of Gabay’s business. Our plant in Koçarlı, Aydın has a production capacity of 6,000 tons of dried figs per year and can process up to 50 tons per day.
Figs are prepared in a range of traditional formats and packs — from 250 g cello bags to 5 kg wooden trays — as well as diced figs, floured figs and fig paste.
